Have recently bought Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. It was pleasure working with Tommy who was patient to take around entire lot and test drive. Was offered good dealer discount, but addition of accessories didn’t make deal sweeter. The team Jhonny & Ravnit are very persuasive to cut the deal including accessories and value added services. The team pushed for same-day delivery, no cash option instead of trade-in. So ended up with multiple conditions from dealer side to honor dealer discount. Overall deal was good, would have been best without additional conditions.
